“Comunist era hotel on the lakeshore”

We celebrated 2012 New Year at Slavija Spectar Hotel and stayed there for 3 nights. The hotel is situated just outside of the town of Ohrid on the very shore of the lake. “Post War/ Sub standard Hotel”

Whilst the location at the back of the lake is wonderful and Ohrid lake is a hidden gem awaiting to be discovered, the service is poor. I would defenitively reccomend a visit to Ohrid Macedonia however in the interesthas of Health and Safety avoid this Hotel at all costs. The doot frame had parts missing , the flushing has been...
