This is a top class hostel in a great position in the lovely lake side town of Ohrid. The owner who is big Manchester United fan is very friendy honest and helpful. He can help you arrange onward trips.I stayed for 4 nights in May and enjoyed my stay. My bed was was very comfortable and I liked the terrace.

Despite the common areas being full of self riteous fart-smelling hippies, we loved this place. Just maybe avoid conversations about politics if similar people are around. Staff were super friendly and didn't screw us on taxi prices or 3am arrival prices. Such a relief to deal with people not ripping us off, happy to give help and advice for nothing... More

Great hostel, though needs a bit of a clean up. Great breakfast laid on (cook your own omelette with freshly delivered eggs/toast/spreads/cereals). Maybe because it is school holiday high season, but I'd imagine in shoulder season this hostel will be pure delightful. The owners are great, very kind, helpful and resourceful. Very nice hostel! Kind of hard to find at first, but easy as can be as soon as you get your bearings. Cool backward where you can chill out and a balcony too. The rooms are all really spacious with big lockers for your bags. The outside patio and tv room downstairs are both great for hanging out and socialising. The staff at the hostel are also really helpful and speak great english. They make a great holiday even better!
