As others have commented, Villa Kale is a wonderful small set of rooms above Ohrid's old town with wonderful views of the lake. The husband and wife owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Lovely place to stay, very reasonably priced and incredibly helpful, friendly owners. It is up a few minutes of some quite steep steps, but that does mean it's quiet as you're away from the action. very clean and comfortable, lovely views. Thoroughly recommended.

The other reviews have already said it all! Lovely hosts, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to the best apartment, and had the best view of the lake.
