the people were helpful.
Rooms clean with a TV and phone and everything seem well kept.
The towels were actually soft.
Its not 5 star but for the money its the best i've stayed in egypt.
I had no complaints.
when the TV didn't work because I hit the wrong button, they promptly came and fixed it.

Great location and friendly staff but we stayed for 4 days and the room was not cleaned nor the bins (including the one in the bathroom) emptied. One bathroom was fine another had water leaking all over the floor from the cistern and the taps.
