We stayed here for 3 nights. Quite nice accommodation.Great location near a must see Parque Historico. Excellent service. BUT do not order from the restaurant as they have the food delivered from a nearby restaurant expensive and medicore.

very cozy hotel, clean and nice. Everybody is extremely friendly and helpful. I went there for a wedding and we booked all the rooms, it was lik being in somebody's house. Lovely garden and absolutely safe. I would definitely go back if traveling again to Guayaquil.

I only had 1 night here but could happily have stayed for longer. Per other reviews this hotel is close to the airport but across a bridge from the main city area.
