We spend 2 nights here before our trip to the Galapagos and 1 night after, before our trip home. The hotel had transfers for us each time we arrived at the airport with an emmaculantly dressed driver holding a sign with our name at the airport exit. They handled all of our luggage, had a bottle of cold water for...

From the moment our transport from the airport stopped out the front of this hotel, the welcome was warm, friendly and sincere. In the foyer, the delicious smell of freshly brewed coffee - the check in seamless and courteous. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The facilities including pool and gym were excellent. Wifi was free as was the business...

This was a good hotel. But dark and aged. It was better value for money than the Grand but rooms were old and tired so that was disappointing. This was impersonal and had a bad smell about it!!! Staff were friendly and especialy the conceirge nothing was too much trouble for them.
I was in the hotel as a local airline paid for it because of an error of them. It looked really nice but rooms are really old. Food was ok. I think its a little pricey for what it is
I stayed at this hotel with my sister and elderly mother the night before our flight out to the Galapagos Islands. Unfortunately, due to an error by our tour operators based in Ecuador, the hotel had no record of our booking but did help us to eventually get it sorted out, giving us limited free use of the phone and...

Our bellboy triumphantly told us that all contents of the mini-bar were...

This hotel is an excellent option while travelling to the Galapagos. You should be able to find a rate of about $150 USD which I think is very reasonable (including breakfast).
The breakfast is world class and I can't say enough about the shrimp ceviche served at breakfast.
The massage therapist is not to be missed. She is very sweet...

As soon as we were shown to our room, we should've gone straight back to the desk and asked for a different room. But we didn't do that because staying in a hotel in an incredibly humid locale made us believe that every room would smell as bad as ours. We were traveling with a group of 17 and some...

We stayed here after a major delay on a flight from Miami to Quito which was diverted to Guayaquil. After a night in the never to be visited again hotel airport and a second delay this was something of an oasis. Well run hotel with typically good Ecudorian service. Smallish room but comfy bed and duvet and of course he...
