Only 15 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes walk to Malecon 2000. excellent location in a safe area with convenient restaurants nearby. Luis, the owner, obviously cares about the safety of his guests and is very helpful. His son, Alex, speaks the most English and ensures that there is no language barrier. Breakfast is simple: bread roll, butter &... More

This hotel was about 5 mins off the main street and 15 mins to the centre of town. It was very nice and safe. They had a great amount of security to keep you safe and the staff was very helpful. We had a nice time here as a family!

This small family-run hotel is a wonderful place to stay for a few days. Luis and his wife Cristina were excellent hosts. Extremely accommodating, they gave me help with a store I was trying to find and provided for an early arrival. Very, very clean. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their hotel. Additionally, the hotel... More

I was a bit uncertain about the location since it seemed to be in a residential area. However, this lovely little place is what others should aspire to. From the outer patio to the rooms, the place is immaculately clean. Everything looks like it was just finished being redecorated in the last week. It is pristine. One great plus is... More

We stayed here for one night after visiting the Galapagos before moving onto Peru. The location near the airport was very handy but it was only a 30 minute walk to the Malecon which was a nice walk. The hotel was very clean, the room basic but well decorated, the bathroom newly installed. I think the hotel is actually nicer... More

We stayed in Guayaquil for one night prior to leaving for Cuenca. We arrived late and were glad to have the check in process quick and simple since we were tired from our flights. The breakfast is simple but tasty and the rooms were very clean. We enjoyed having the air con since it was very hot outside. Most importantly... More

My husband and I stayed here on our way to the Galapagos. First thing I can say is we were shocked at how CLEAN it was! I couldn't find a speck of dirt anywhere. The service was spectacular. Alex and his dad made us feel welcome the minute we arrived. The location is also great- it was only a $5... More

Though it is a little bit out, the area is safe as its next to nueve de octobre (the main street) and you can walk safely there at night. Its 4 blocks form this street. The place is a family run place. The rooms are small but clean, and neat and for the price its great. Plus there is no... More

Clean and secure location handy to downtown Malecon area. Very friendly hosts. Room had air conditioning. Shower worked well. Breakfast simple but adequate. Free internet. Would be qite happy to stay again for short visit. Only downside was the single room just had single beds. There is also a double room for married couples.
