Ok!!, room very clean, asked for a double room, but got twin room where beds were pushed together. Balcony was actually a verranda looking upon the Bio Kovo mountains, much better than sea facing rooms. Beds were comfortable and aircon did work, breakfast was more of a continental basis rather than bacon and eggs if you were looking for this.... more

Stayed here and enjoyed it on the whole. Not up to the usual standard of hotels but clean and friendly. No lift which was a bind as I was on my own and there was no porter available to take my case to the room. Fortunately it was on the first floor! The food was fair. You could always find... more

Excellent location, friendly satff and clean, spacious rooms!! We had a little veranda and a balcony in our room, thus enjoyed wonderful views of everything - the beautiful mountains behind us and the gorgeous water/promenade in front. Within walking distance to many shoppes/restaurants/beach. Did not find the hotel to be noisy. Wouldn't hesitate to reccomend! more

It was a pleasure staying at hotel Biokovo, a modern and clean hotel in Makarska.
