Could not fault this hotel nothing was to much trouble .Clean Towels available every Day .Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Fantastic views from the balcony with the sea on your right side and the spectacular mountains on the left. hotel Meteor is very dated and appears to be in a time warp.We stayed half board, breakfast was adequate but serving the previous evenings brussel sprouts as some kind of sprout omlette for breakfast was a liitle strange to say the least. Just back from a lovely week in the meteor. Hotel is very central and a 2 minute walk to the beach and lovely promenade. Breakfast was good could be busy depending on the time you went. Food in restaurants was definately cheaper than uk, try Lidos, Jezs, taverner next door to Bistro Berlin. Plenty places all much the same food... more

The hotel has a very good location, but it is no way a 4 star, the lounge is drab and dated, the AC very ineffective, the salt water pool and patio area in desperate need of upgrade, quite a few trips and spills thru uneven paving, no poolside food facilities and talking of food for such rich med fertile soil... more

We stayed here for a week end of June beginning of July, booked through Thomas Cook. The rep Julie was excellent and very helpful on the coach from the airport and at the welcome meeting. just got back from hotel meteor and had a wonderfull time, hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are very nice.plenty of space to relax in and loads of sunbeds and shaded areas.we were b&b and there was loads of choice.would definately stay here again its so close to everything,dont do the reps trips as you can do them yourselves for... more
