I agree with the other reviews. We spent 5 nights there in Sept 2012 and it was a great place to stay. Spotlessly clean. Ivanka is a great hostess (her husband Goran is equally pleasant but speaks less English). We hope to go back.

Ivanka is a fantastic host. The place is amazing for the price. We stayed in apartment Zuti on the top floor and would highly recommend it. Tripadvisor rarely gets it wrong...and again, this no.1 ranked guesthouse in Hvar deserves its position. Mostly due to the amazing view from the balcony, the daily cleaning of the rooms and of course Ivanka, the humorous and helpful lady of the house. We thank you for making our 6-day visit so cosy!

Can only echo what others have said we were greeted with utmost kindness by Ivana throughout our stay. The Apartment was great with a nice balcony overlooking the harbour. Ivana gave us a local guide and restaurant and bars were a great help. Some of the nicest people you will meet.

The apartments are great, amazing view, super clean and ivanka is super friendly and give you the best places and tips of hvar! Super recommended! Great cooking facilities. Beautiful sea views from deck. I want to go back!
