We stayed at this hotel for two periods in July, and loved the hotel and the friendly staff. The hotel is situated on the beach, the breakfast is good, the staff is very helpful (the manager even offered us transport to Rijeka) and the rooms are clean and nice. We stayed both in a suite and an appartment.

We stayed at the hotel Tamariz for 3 nights and reallly hated! In the beach instead of sand there were stones and it really hurted the feet. The beach was no more than 7 mts to the sea. The hotel was really expensive and had no private chairs in the poor and little beach.

The Tamaris has a great beachside location at the peaceful end of Baska and only a 5 minute walk from the center. Food is good. You can book half board or just eat occasionally in the restaurant.
