Stayed in room 1209. Request it or a similar room for it faces the Jade dragon snow mountain. Pullman is best suited for couples with its romantic location. Staff was extremely helpful. We stayed in a one bedroom deluxe villa. The layout and design were impressive. Living room was huge and the bedroom was separated by a decently sized study room in between. My mom and I stayed in Pullman one night in Nov. Since it was not in peak season, we almost had the hotel and restaurants to ourselves. Had a very relaxing time there.Highly recommend the Chinese Restaurant. Food was all fresh and delicious.
