I lived in Birmingham 18 years and prefer to stay at the Hampton Inn Colonnade whenever I come back or travel through. It's very convenient and I prefer Hampton Inn to other hotels. On this trip our adult children were traveling with us and we had adjoining rooms - worked out great!
