Way overpriced for dumpy SMALL rooms. Charged for every little thing extra, parking, internet, breakfast, etc. Weather stripping dangling outside the windows. Billed a security deposit, after calling two weeks later, was told it would be refunded. Had to dispute it with the credit card company. I would not stay here again.

Sheraton Birmingham is comfortable and spacious both in the rooms and throughout the hotel. The front desk and concierge staff are friendly, helpful and accomodating. I stayed at the Sheraton Birmingham last week for a Verizon event on April 24th. Ahmad S. at the Concierge desk was great. He helped me retrieve packages the night before the event then the following day helped me connect to your printer and print out shipping labels. He was very professional and a great help!
