First time in Birmingham for a business trip and ended up here. I was very happy with the hotel. They had a nice room, clean, comfortable, and easy to find. I definitely recommend this hotel. They offer a generous breakfast.

Was greeted at check in with smiles and professional courtesy. The room was spacious with a full kitchen. Bathroom was extremely clean. Bed was good but could do a better job with pillows. Breakfast was provided but was missing several items. Also kitchen staff could be a little friendlier.

The hotel is convenient to the University of Alabama, Birmingham and the the Five Points section which features a number of bars and restaurants. I am a fan of the Residence Inn's.
