Jingan Peony Plaza is quite nice hotel in Luoyang. Rooms are not very spacy but are nice and have comfortable beds. Bathrooms are equipped with towels and hairdryer. Air condition works good but could be more silent. At the top of hotel there is a restaurant serving tasty breakfasts and dinners. They also have free Wi-Fi in the reception area.

The room was old and small, the bathroom needed a lot of repair, the A/C was too noisy and we had to switch it off during the night. very nice room in this apparently 4-star rated hotel on the other hand, the restaurant on top (revolving to show the city center's panorama) was very dirty - practically no napkins, table oily and with bread crumbs on the fifth floor young women and old men were very busy going in and out karaoke small rooms

This high rise hotel looked great from the outside and had a very flashy entry foyer raising ones expectations. However the rooms are very small and oriental style decor dated and could do with a makeover. The staff at the Peony Plaza Hotel are among the most helpful and friendly you'll ever meet. The rooms are so-so, but the hotel restaurant is excellent and the staff more than makes up for anything. Highly recommended.
