American friends and I just finished a 2 1/2 week stay. The staff is friendly and eager to help. The breakfast buffet and rooms with Western amenities are a plus. Great location. Be prepared for stiff Chinese-style mattresses.
Reception were able to speak english, exec room large & with PC, internet all ready to go, clean, helpful and breakfast quite reasonable.
