This hotel is a bit far from the center of the city, and is not very comfortable (nor unconmfortable, to be sure). In all I would say a average hotel, nothing really bad about the room but nothing really nice, either. However it is quite inexpensive (I just paid about 20 €).

It claims to be 4-star, but a maximum of 2-Stars would be more appropriate. If this is 4-Star then some hotels in Beijing and Shanghai can reach 10 stars! Stayed there passing by on a month-long trip to China. I was not impressed by the hotel. This is not a 4-stars hotel, as China Tourism describes it.
