My husband and I spent our 4th year anniversary at Tumuñan Lodge. It was a perfect getaway! Beautiful and relaxing place to rest and enjoy nature. Carolina and Will are the best hosts!. Very friendly and kind. We spent the first afternoon relaxing by the pool, then we took a 3 hour trekking through the forest. Once we got back... More

This is a wonderful lodge in the foothills of the Andes, with the best hosts imaginable. Will and Carolina are warm, caring and interesting people, who make everyone feel relaxed and comfortable. Nothing is too much trouble for them and we were so well cared for. The food is wonderful, fresh, home made and thoughtful; the rooms comfortable and serene,... More

Having thought I'd seen it all in Chile after years of travelling the country north to south, I realised how mistaken I was after staying at the Tumuñan Lodge. This is a gem of a spot and must be included with a typical trip to Chile that takes in San Pedro, Torres del Paine etc. Hosts Will and Caroline create... More

I just spent several nights at the Tumunan lodge. What a superb place. The owners, Will and Carolina are a charming couple, who welcome you as if you were part of the family. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean with lovely linen and fluffy towels Will and Carolina do all the cooking themselves and the food is good home cooked... More

We thoroughly enjoyed a winter weekend here with our two kids (aged 7 and 4). Lots to do (lashing rain notwithstanding!) in beautiful surroundings. We particularly enjoyed the lush garden, friendly dogs, bouncy trampoline, well-stocked games room, tree-house, hot tub, huge crackling fire, comfy beds and good food, made all the nicer by the warm welcome we received from Will... I spent two days at the lodge and enjoyed all of it. I did two half day guided fishing trips, both of which were very enjoyable. We caught fish and had some spectacular scenery. The guide was a total pro, the staff was very competent and involved. The lodge was everything you would want from a fishing lodge and had... More

I decided to give this lodge a try after having read so many wonderful comments written by former visitors online, and I have to say that the comments were spot on. This trip was booked with the sole intention of rest and relaxation away from our busy teaching jobs in Santiago, and in lieu of my hubby's upcoming 30th birthday... More

We just completed our stay at Tumunan Lodge. Our hosts, Will and Caroline were wonderful! They were so welcoming and helpful in arranging wine tours and provided us with fun, guided mountain excursions. Our lodging was terrific and very comfortable, set in the foothills of the Andes. The surrounding grounds were beautiful and peaceful. The home cooked meals, complete with... More

Thanks to all the others who went before us and wrote great TripAdvisor reviews for Tumunan Lodge! Because of these, we chose to stay for three nights and we’re very glad we did. We wholeheartedly agree that the place is wonderful and that it would be an especially good choice for those with young children. Will, and his lovely, radiant... More
