Large concrete building. More of a business hotel. Used by NGO's in Battambang (Non governmental org's). Clean, small but comfortable rooms. Very basic though. As not much choice in Battambang you probably won't get much better quality. No ambience whatsoever. Smaller guesthouses may be better for tourists or backpackers, and probably cheaper.
