We booked an apartment at the last floor in January. The rooms were good, the bathroom quite big, with jacuzzi. The breakfast was also OK. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The wireless internet was working only in the lobby and bar, not in the apartment.

Clean, modern, spacious. Stunning views. Breakfast was disappointing - served cold coffee and fruit tea. Otherwise does the job.

The special thing about this place is the great view towards the Tzarevec Palace, Trapezica hill and Arbanasy village. Otherwise - it is ok as a hotel, cozy and warm,good Bulgarian cuisine, good personnel, the spa needs some renovation. The rooms are spacious and clean.

We booked and stayed at a premium suite with three separate rooms,two bathrooms and fantastic view.Everything was exellent. We tried also the Gym and the pool.Perfect.My complaints are about the breakfast quality(not quantity) and that the use of sauna and steambath which was not free althouh the room price was 110 euros per night.
