I have stayed on this hotel 2 times, no short periods. Once on christmas holidays 2008, with family ( 3 kids ), and was wonderful white christmas. Second time at this hotel. The reception staff were very wecoming and friendly. Also very helpful. The housekeeping was very good with attention to detail. We were there when temps fell to below -20 and we were never cold in the hotel.
