Pleasant small hotel located very near to the centre of Troyan. Staff are friendly, it's excellent value and has a very pleasant outdoor pool, which was very popular with families. More

Stayed for one night only, on tour, staff courteous and helpful facilities complete with gymnasium and well appointed swimming pool. Excellent value at 78 lev for Bed and Breakfast for two people. More

I am fascinated by the staff and hotel. This was my first business trip in Troyan and I am very pleased that my colleague chose this hotel. In february we will make our next trip to Bulgaria and I will again visit to Troyan and hotel Chateau Montagne. More

“Be prepared to clean your hotel bathroom”

Hotel looks great on Internet. However reallity is different. 1. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Laughing and smirking all the time at guests. When you ask questions they first stare at you before deciding whether to answer or not. 2. There was a constant pool of water on the bathroom floor.
