Hotel looks great on Internet. However reallity is different.
1. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Laughing and smirking all the time at guests. When you ask questions they first stare at you before deciding whether to answer or not.
2. There was a constant pool of water on the bathroom floor. Cleaning staff leave extra towles so that you can wipe the floor yourself in case you are not happy walking in dirty water all the time .
Food in the restaurant was OK.
However rude reception staff and the need to clean bathrooms is not the most appealing reallity one would like to face while on holiday
