Overall a good hotel with good size rooms and very small kitchenette in a central location. I spent just 1 night. It was perfectly fine and I have no complaints. I can't say I'd get excited to stay there again, but I definitely would not feel like I need to look for a different place.

Very clean and practical hotel in a very good location. Good value for money considering Sao Paolo prices! Staff was very helpful. Free meeting room good for 4 people in top floor. Free internet. Perfect for short business trips, don't expect luxury.

I've stayed in an excellent flat. It's like moving to a new apartment. Sometimes I forgot that it was a hotel. The staff was always nice. There were lots of good restaurants and 24h bakeries around. Unfortunately the nearest subway station was more than a kilometer away, so we preferred to take a taxi to get there.

Our baggage was delayed and the hotel staff were really helpful in regularly contacting the airline and advising on shopping areas for essentials.
