Despite all the negative reviews, It would be a lie to write negatively about this hotel. I can't explain how bad my experience was at this hotel. Firstly, nobody speaks any other language than portuguese. The service is awful, not welcoming at all, and a little bit mean. I cannot begin to tell you how bad this "hotel" is. First off the only language spoken by anyone from the Manager down is Portuguese. Nobody speaks English or any other language except Portuguese.
