I was made very welcome by everyone in the hotel. It's in a great area in Sao Paulo with nice restaurants and shops close. The food was good and the room was lovely. The spa is ok but the gym is nice. I'll return!

Excellent location for a business trip, just a short walk to a coffee shop/bar, restaurant. The staff were great, the room was very clean, also the room service menu options was good. Rooms are adequate, (bigger than Paris, smaller than Miami) but great showers and comf beds. I will definitely stay here again
