The hotel staff was very pleasant and helped with any needs while staying there. The internet worked well. The morning breakfast had a good variety of foods for you to eat. The rooms were very modern, but certainly not fancy. I felt the rates were very appropriate.

This hotel is OK for a business stay (few days). The pool is totally dirty and impossible to be used. Breakfast is Ok (nothing special). Room has two single beds (very thin).

The staff are all very helpful and friendly. I stay at this hotel each time I travel to Sao Paulo on business and they remember me very clearly (come twice a year). Service is very prompt. The breakfast has a good variety and is very fresh.
