The hotel is good located in the Berrini area. Service is very good. The building itself is very nice, although the furniture is a little outdated. Once thing that really standed out from the hotel was the breakfast: very complete with lots of different things. Also the breakfast area is very nice and with plenty of sunshine. In the down... This is a great business hotel, but unless you get a promotional rate it can be quite a rip-off. The rooms have a decent size and nice, but old furniture, but it lacks some storage space for clothes. My main complaint is the lack of iron and ironing boards (which is common for many Brazilian hotels), forcing you to use... More

The hotel is good located. The hotel personnel is helpful and attentive. The room was cold the first night. The next days I had a good blanket. The room is rather old fashioned. The internet is expensive if used more than the first free minutes. The breakfast is very good and complete. The restaurant though is slow service in the... More

The hotel works perfectly well considering the need for a good location for those who need to transit in the City of Brooklyn. It has a concierge service impeccable, with all staff taking turns full-time. The idea of personalized service, so that the guests feel at home (the company's promise), works well too, from the breakfast show and served in... More

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I can see that some people would call the hotel dated as the interior is older and might have seen better days. However, in my opinion, it added some of the charm and character (for example: the elevator is covered in wood instead of the usual stainless steel). Also worth mentioning is the... More

Stayed 10 days in October while on a business travel. Rooms are of a good size, very nicely appointed, clean, tasteful. Hotel is on a fantastic location, you can cross the road to D&D Shopping Center where you will find several choices of restaurants and other conveniences. You can walk to several other bars and restaurants and a short taxi... More

Located a walk away from 3 famous malls, one decoration for home, other two general, but with nice variations. Area is safer than others. Good and healthy breakfast, and staff is way above standards of amability. It is a little more expensive than others, but sometimes it is worth it. Rooms are clean and well mantained, and internet access is... More

Hotel is ok, but don't count on Video calling your kids from it, the wifi coverage in the rooms is terrible, and in the restaurant area where wifi coverage is good, the speed of the connection is awful. More

I traveled here for business. The location is okay. There are a couple underground malls in next door Hilton and Sheraton and several restaurants as well. It is a safe area and felt safe even at night. It is a little bit from the Centro and Jardins area. Taxis seem to take the most expenisve, roundabout way to get to... More
