First of all, you cannot compare Sao Paulo with other big cities, most of all not the hotel offering. The service level is in general lower than what you'll be used from Asia or Europe. Taking that into account, the Mercure at Rua Pamplona in the Jardim Paulista district is a good choice on the overpriced Sao Paulo hotel market.... More

The Mercure Sao Paulo Pamplona is a great option for a stay of multiple days. The rooms/appartments are big and have the sink seperated from the rest of the bathroom. The rooms were very clean, and the AC was quiet (a relief from some other places in Brazil). The pool on the roof is small, but does the trick. During... More

It's really a great choice in the rich area of Jardim Paulista. Close to Paulista avenue - yes, you gotta walk uphill, but it's just a couple of blocks - and the pretty trendy streets of Oscar Freire and Augusta, if you stay here you'll be able to go on foot to great restaurants and theaters. Ok, the hotel doesn't... More

The good: This hotel is in a perfect location close to Paulista. |Even though it's a busy area, this hotel was silent. Even on a Saturday night. There are plenty of inexpensive options to eat near by. Try the amazing bakery up the street. The room we were in was very big. It's hard to find a king bed but... More

The location and facilities of this hotel is good for the price. There are many restaurants in the area, and the hotel is a short, uphill walk to shopping. The service at the hotel is fair as well and could be better. The internet service is very poor, which for a business traveler these days is akin to death. The... More

It´s a kind of boutique hotel, very well located in the Jardins area, not far from Av. Paulista. Spacious rooms, but they need better maintenance, my room the TV did not work out, the blackout would not close. Bathroom good, clean room. Breakfast ok. You can stay in the same region without having to pay so expensive More

All in all the service and cleanliness is very good. The problem for a business traveler is the free on and off internet and the 1 mbps speed!!! Having this type of problem you are obligated to purchase the "better" service for Brl$25.00 per day. However guess what, the service is the same and you lose your money. The other... More

Good location, clean, helpful staff. Rooms are pretty basic. A better position of the lamps would make the desk a better place to work at night. A better chair wolud be good too. The toilet flush worked but a strange noise shows that it has a problem. Breakfast is basic, but ok. Price is a little bit high if compared... More
