Very nice and correct treatment by staff. Good breakfast and lunch buffets. rooms are mini apartments with living room, kitchen, and 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. very comfortable. At walking distance from Berrini railway station, close to shoppings and restaurants.

The hotel is at a great location, in the business section. So during lunch time you will find hundreds of places to eat, while not so many for dinner. We stayed a week-end staying at Mercure Berrini and adore the apartment with two bedrooms, full kitchen and breakfast included in the room was perfect Great cleanliness, comfortable, friendly and helpful. The location is quite nice.

Stayed here several times because of the location, but since it is a appartment hotel not really suitable for short stays. Appartments are big enough but no heating ( can be cold in SP) and no Tv on the room only in the living room.its basic and therefore the pricing is too high ( $200) per night.Think next time another... The hotel facilities are, in general, very good. Except that from your bedroom you can hear everything outside - and Sao Paulo is far from quiet. It's an apart hotel without any charm. This you already feel, when you enter to the lobby. It is very noisy, even on the 24th floor. The only positive thing is that it is next to where I work.
