It's an apart hotel without any charm. This you already feel, when you enter to the lobby. It is very noisy, even on the 24th floor. The only positive thing is that it is next to where I work.

I stayed here for 7 nights in Oct/Nov 2011. The building is older but pretty well maintained. Rooms are set up as apartments with stove, microwave, fridge, dishes, etc and even a small utility room with a clothesline off the kitchen. Poor lobby, good internet WiFi, good fitness center, Poor bar and dining service. I have got 3-rooms apartment for same price than a single room Novotel in the same area hotel is located in a safe and clean zone of Sao Paulo, but too far from Restaurants and shopping.
If you are in Sao Paulo for business and your facilities are next to Berrini's business district, this hotel will fit the bill. Rooms are spacious some rooms even feature 2 bedrooms for the same price, equiped with a full size kitchen and separate living area with a balcony, the view is not great, neither is the neighbourhood at night....
