Hotel location on Avenida Paulista directly at the metro station Consolaçao and the airport bus stop from Guarulhos international Airport is excellent to get anywhere in town. The IBIS standard is good. But annoying were the long queues and waiting time at the reception desk - but the staff is friendly and helpful. Sometimes longer waiting also for the elevators. More

The hotel is perfectly located on avenida paulista . Close to trhe MASP - art museum , metro and great restaurants. Good location close to restaurants,shopping,subway.We are world travellers staying at five star hotels.First time at an IBIS property.It was a cultural shock.Could not wait to check out. Very old building,small lobby,small elevator,smallrooms,smelly worn out carpet,all you get is an old bed.Very limited items on the breakfast buffet which is not included in the room rate. More

I enjoy staying at Ibis hotels since I know what to expect; every hotel room is the same regardless of which city you are in. It's a little bit like going home. The only things that change are the restaurants; some are better than others, but the quality of the food and the service are always good. More

As all Ibis are, in general, it's ok, nothing else than this. Rooms are clean, quiet, and confortable. Unfortunately they work just with queen beds, you cant ask for two beds. And why they don't give you free internet acess in room? I paid almost 140,00 US$ per night for a room and they can't give you free internet? More

This hotel has an excelen location on Ave. Paulista with many stores, banks, subway stations. Very very convenient was the fact that the bus from Intl. Breakfast was very good but not included ($7). Free WIFI only in reception area, WIFI inside room was $6 for 24 h or $3.50 for 1 hour. We arrived at 10.30 am and were given rooms although garanteed only after 12 am. More
