I've found used condoms on the drawers! So, I'm not gonna even start to evaluate others items. I've complained with the front desk, but they did nothing, not even changed or cleaned our room! Terrible!

Stayed at the hotel for a week on business. Room was decent-sized, good bed, but the bathroom was super tiny. Also, housekeeping was lacking, with dustbunnies everywhere and even a dirty towel (and not mine!) left after housekeeping. Breakfast is so-so, coffee not bad. Eggs are no fresh. Hotel lost power once while we were there.

we stay 2 nights in this hotel, placed in very good location. the bed rooms are very small the kitchen is usless. the breakfest was reach. the rooms are not isolated from outside noise. you have to check that yours acount not charged by other people. the price is not cost efective.

we had various appointments in sao paolo and this location was excellent and 5 minutes walk from shopping plaza higienopolis. rooms are spacious and very good internet connection we had a usless check-out discussion with mrs,karen , but understand that she doesnot represent the hotel mentality rooms in the front are noisy
