We were 5 going to Sao Paulo to see a concert, travelling from Argentina. We got to the hotel at about 10 pm, and to our surprise WE HAD NO ROOMS! Even though I had made the reservation on September 22nd and paid for it on the same day. They put us in another hotel, a lower quality one, and... More
