This is a new boutique style hotel. excellent location in the city. There are some 17 floors with 2 elevators (of which only one works). The windows in the rooms are locked - for oxygen you are dependent on their a/c system. During our stay the elevator doors were being painted. We were almost asfixiated from lack of air (and... More

The Hotel 155 is a budget hotel. The only reason to choose it is to save money. It is very no frills, and the location not close to anything of interest, unless a certain adult nightlife is of interest to you. There was one small elevator as the other was broken. The working elevator broke too, just when we needed... More

The check in was fairly smooth. Unfortunately there was only 1 elevator serving 10 floors for the 3 nights we were here. The elevators are quite small and could only fit 2 people and one suitcase or one person and 2 suitcases. We have experienced worse though. The single operating elevator broke down for a couple of hours soon after... More

The hotel is clean and modern. It doesn't have tons of charm but has a central location, is clean and above all the price is right.

The hotel is good. As mentioned in other reviews, is has a low-cost, no-frills policy which tends to satisfy those who need only basic infrastructure (air-con, wi-fi, good breakfast etc) and prioritize work or tourism around town rather than luxury. It is, actually, a quite nice place to stay; rooms are very comfortable, location is fantastic and service from desk... More

If you like it cool, plain and straightforward you can only stay at this hotel. Best value for money ever. Sao Paulo is a business metropole and the 155 very much a clean-cut business affair. Visiting a friend on our way home, we enjoyed staying at this low-cost hotel to the max. Would stay there any time if I had... More

This is an excellent place to stay for a few days in Sao Paulo if you are looking for something nice and clean without any luxurious addition. The rooms indeed are completely new and very clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a lot of traffic in the street behind the hotel, but the windows are soundproof and the noise... More

For the price the hotel was worth it. The rooms were simple-modern (minimalistic) and very clean. The staff really was helpful despite the language barrier, and took the time to call around to find us an open restaurant on Christmas, since everything in the city was pretty much closed. The breakfast was also above our expectations. The only downside was... More
