Terribel hotel. Overpriced. They dont put clean towels, soap and shampoo in the rooms
Stayed here for 6 days. The breakfast is actually pretty good and most of the staff are pretty friendly. The hotel itself is however showing its age and is somewhat run down. The rooms are tatty and the decor in the common areas somewhat threadbare. The gym has a small selection of horrible 1980s vintage equipment and the steam room...

Great location, and that's the only advantage. It's a huge hotel, but doesn't have enough staff. So, if you need anything from the reception, be patient till someone picks up your call. Also, I ordered a simple tea at early night and it took me over 30min to get it. The cabo TV sign was off when I stayed there...

Stayed here for 4 days over 2 separate stays. Really like this hotel, rooms are good with excellent beds, and the breakfast is very good! Booked here online (GB), and this is the cheapest hotel I have stayed in during my 5 trips to Brasil. Good location, will stay here again.
The rooms are nice, room service is fine, good location (very close Ibirapuera Mall), fair price (R$ 250,00 per night).
rooms are old, not too clean looking.... wallpaper coming off the walls.... my safety box wasn't able to reopen, had to call three times and wait for an hour before somebody came up to take care of it. Asked for room service, just a tea, and the water was warm....
Very 70's looking and tacky, would not stay there again....

It was a business stay, I don't know about prices, but the room size was great, king bed, breakfast and location! The hotel is across the street from Ibirapuera mall. Really liked it.
The location is great. The lobby and staff are nice. The beds are like a box spring on the floor with a mattress. The "Hilton Bed" this is NOT! No in room coffee, shower only, tiny bathroom. WiFi is good. Included breakfast is excellent. My issue is that the rooms are below the quality of a Hampton, or Holiday Express...
