This hotel is a hidden gem in the Sao Paulo area. Its not in the city center but is ideal if you are visiting the Sao Bernado/Santo Andre area as I was, but also good for Sao Paulo in general. It's also an excellent bargain with first class service. Most of the front desk staff speak decent English and the service is great with everyone being generally very helpful. Their beds are very comfortable and the shower is fantastic. One down side for a large family is that the rooms will not take more than two people. The hotel did try to be accomodating but in the end i had to book a third room. Excellent stay though with good breakfasts Sadly, no pool but well equipped little gym. One minor complaint with poor housekeeping one day was quickly rectified with no fuss. more
