Ibis Santo André offers what it advertises - a business hotel, simple and was near to our objectives. The room is nice, thin walls, friendly staff (but I think it`s not enough people in busy hours), good price. More

“Simple not expansive hotel”

Hotel location close to the mall was very convenient. The stuff was very helpfull but hardly spoke English. The rooms are simple and very sensitive to noices from outside. I'd recommend this hotel for travellers looking for cheap options to stay close to Sao Paulo. More

Location is good, restaurant and shopping center is near, distance to my working place was short, breakfast & dinner available in the hotel and is OK, safe parking for the car, television with many channels available, friendly staff at the reception, internet for free in the lobby More

The Ibis Santo Andre is mostly like the others hotels of the Ibis chain, but at this one I had experienced the best of the Ibis. Do not expect a "five star" service but the hotel is cleanner and the staff are more attentive than the others Ibis I have stayed. More
