Have stayed three times here in the past 9 months and the hotel is clearly showing age. The carpets and furniture are worn, the shower ceilings have mold (all three rooms), and the service isn't particularly good. The fitness "area" is located in a building outside the back parking lot. We stayed at this hotel for one night on a stopover as we were flying in from Manaus and had an outbound international flight the next afternoon. If landing at GRU, the hotel shuttle bus is on the ground (arrival) floor. If landing in Terminal 1 go outside and take a left if landing in Terminal 2 go outside and take a right. I chose this hotel because I was arriving late into Sao Paulo and leaving early the next morning. Please note that if you are looking for the airport shuttle it apparently leaves from Terminal 1 and 2. The best of the hotels around the airport in Guarulhos by far.....I have stayed here many times overnight and also using the rooms for a few hours before a connecting flight. This hotel is for travelers needing to stay near the Sao Paulo International (Garaulhos) Airport. It is excellent in every respect if you must stay near the airport.
