I accompanied a group of kids on a ministry trip to Sao Paulo. This Hotel was very accommodating and the people were very nice. Some of the staff spoke English but not all. The best quality was the airport shuttle that was free and was available on the hour. The wireless internet was very slow at times.

The hotel has past from far its life, it is very used and needs lots of renewing Breakfast is poor and full of artificial products, a pitty in a good food country like Brasil. Personnel is not helpful, there is nobody to help you with your baggage.

The rooms are so confortable, and there's a pool. Then there's a big kitchen and everything you need. :)
