We got to this hotel late after a long flight and the staff were very efficient. When we wished to change the room, the staff moved us immediately. Nothing was too much trouble. A very charming and efficient hotel. Great location next to Consolação station and Avenida Paulista. The rooms was spacious, clean, homey and bright. They have free internet in the room too. Staff was helpful. The gym and pool exist, but it's very small. I'll definitely stay there again. more
