The breakfast, staff, and location for this hotel are fantastic. You are walking distance to grocery store, restaurant, and shops. However, the rooms and the workout facility are terribly dated. To make matters worse the rooms have carpet- old, damp, stained carpet. Yuk! Take your allergy medication with you!

The rooms are generally clean and safe. This is not a luxury hotel so many amenities found in other business hotels are not available. Restaurant food was not that good. Service was friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. Not a lot of other options in Alphaville so probably best choice.

First room was on floor with construction going on...could hardly get off the elevator with debris piled high...heeellloooo! Second option smelled badly of mold...third slightly better but would not have accepted if it was the second...got sick of returning to the front desk. The bar is a couple of tables and chairs...no drink or service.

Since several years I stay there two times a year. The area is quite safe and clean with good restaurants. The hotel itsself is perfect for a business stay of a few days. I will book it also during my future trips.

I have spent close to 100 nights in this hotel in the last year... Great staff, extremely nice and helpful! Hotel facilities under renovation, spacious rooms, getting better with renovation. Excellent location in a nice and safe area. Very good breakfast, but probably not the best choice for dinner. Great customer service attitude from all team members!

Radisson Alphaville, is not worthy of the Radisson tradition. I have experienced a dark hole, depressing rooms, mold in the bathrooms, a bar that is never open. An unpleasant place.
