Great hotel if you have a car or if you are on business in Floripa. If you are on holiday avoid it as the location is in the middle of nowhere. Good for long term as it has fridge and micro, pool and gym.

If you are looking for the beaches, this is not the best place. However, is close from downtown and it is in the path to the conceição lagoon. The price is too expensive for what its offer. But, overall it's okay.

Between downtown and Conceção lake, garage, nice breakfast. Back rooms are very silent. Hotel in residential area, near the main university campus. Nice staff.

This hotel is located in middle way between Lagoa da Conceição and Downtown. Very convenient if you're exploring all the island. I only suggest to avoid this hotel in summer season because of the traffic. The room was nice and clean, service a little confused. Check in was terrible. But still a very good option in Floripa.
