Service: Have some problems when losing or forgetting stuff in the hotel, do not expect to find stuff you forgot in the room or restaurant.
Front Desk: Friendly staff, but they could be more efficient
Rooms: Large and old rooms, need renovation, several times I stayed in this hotel and found problems with the window (blackout curtain did not close)...

I've been there on business for one single night. This is a good place for staying, has relatively good and enough facilities as well as comfort and cleanliness. The breakfast is well done and the fitness area provide good time for exercises.
Another highlight is the view of guaiba from some rooms, not all.
I'd stay there again.

The top floor has a pool, not big but ok, with a nice view. Road in front has a lot of traffic what makes the room a bit noise. The room has special windows to avoid all the noise, but you must to keep the windows closed.
Service was alright as the breakfast.

Only stayed one night but room was clean and had everything I expected. Front desk was helpful and spoke english.

I really expected more from a Blue Tree Flat.
First room I was sent too had a VERY DIRTY bathroom. The manager promptly found another room for me.
Still I found some unfinished potato chips in the new one.
The room is comfortable, average room and equipments. Good shower.
Restaurant is fantastic!!! Great food, great breakfast.
