This is the second time I stay at the Serrano Hotel. It is a big mountain resort, with beautiful groundings and on of the best leisure areas in Gramado. It is also well prepared for kids. The hotel is not really cheap, but there you can find kids club for child and spa for adults. The restaurants are excellents and the breakfast even better.

This hotel is quit perfect! The rooms are oustsanding. The staff are nice and they serve you very well. I order caipirinha 2 a.m and they prepare it readlly. They are very well prepared for meetings and conferences! I recomend it!
