I rented a two-bedrooms apt for New Year's and was very impressed. Staff was super nice, everything worked great in the apartment - air conditioning, fridge, showers - and the common area (specially swimming pool). It's not very close to the best beaches, although it's a 10 min walk to the main street/restaurants.
