Their rooms are big and clean. Staff are courteous and well-trained. The hotel is located very close to Santos Dumont Airport so it's an ideal place for a few-hour stay while waiting for your connecting flight. It's also a few minutes drive from the city center and the famous beaches like Copacabana and Ipanema.

Good location and the service was good in general, although we had a problem with the sink which was not fixed during our stay. One problem was the wooden floors in the rooms, which transmit noise. I don't have anything else to say beyond this.

It's good business hotel. The breakfast is also good compared with other hotels in Belo Horizonte. 7th floor room is worse than 11th floor. the 1st stay was in 11th floor. the facility is much newer than 7th floor. the same rate room, but different facility.

After flying for 12 hours to get to Rio, hotel check-in has proved painful because staff kept transacting my Halifax Visa Debit as Credit card for ages. Stayed here over New Years when Rio hotel prices go through the roof and you have to book for 5 or 7 days. Ibis holds its price and you can still book on a night by night basis. Great bs links and local metro as well for getting down town. Excellent reception staff who speak English and are always happy... More

Was there for just one night. They gave me a room and was occupied. What a surprise, we called reception and no one could help, had to go downstairs and make a complain. For an IBIS charge 100 Euros is too much altough we are in Rio. Same levels worth no more then 40 Euros. It is abusive,

Like any Ibis, do not come with high expectations - you wont be disapointed. Clean room, decent bathroom and shower. Bed felt like I was sleeping on plastic sheets. Very efficient check in / out. Located near Rio Domestic Airport SDU. Decent hotel for man on the go with a tight expense account.

I liked the location the most, because it is nicely located nearby Santos Dumont airport, and I stayed there a few hours to get a rest between my 2 flights. The rooms are a bit too small, although conveniently fornitured. Staff is proffesional and are so used to deal with shor time customers...all correct !
