It must have been a great apart-hotel in the past. But nowdays is quite old and you can see it in every aspect.
The flats are big enough and clean. But they are quite old and not fancy at all. And you would expect that when paying almost £100 a night.
The locations is fantastic. A great neighbourhood where you can find restaurants and "botecos" open till very late, a 24 hour bookstore, etc... very close from several shoppingmalls and 200 meters from the beach.
Anyway... not worth the money if you are staying during the week.
But if you plan to stay from Friday to Monday, the price is reduced to about £60 and if you have kids, for extra 20% you can have an extra bed, so a family could stay in one of the best areas of town for only £72. Not bad.
