Copacabana Mar is right in the heart of Copacabana and is very clean. The personnel are knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel itself is nothing to fancy, but it does have a very nice small pool and fantastic shower pressure with endless hot water. Nothing special for the prices they have. Internet doesn´t work. After waiting for 5 hours, telling us "It will work", they decided to give us another room, but it didn´t work neither. At the end we went to an Internet cafe. Nowadays I can´t consider a Hotel without internet. More

The hotel has a "slightly salted" outdoor pool on the top level. It is an old, average hotel, definitely not a 4-star. Not worth the price they charge.
