Location is good. The staff is ok but could be more efficient. The bed in the room were not good. Breakfast is really bad, internet connection works ok. Overall ok but the rooms need renovation and new beds.

Terrible hotel... toilet stinks, smelly bed, split unit AC that is not working, noisy, reception can't speak good english, we left few minutes after checking in :S Defiantly its not a 4 stars hotel not even 3 stars!!

Nice and efficient hotel . Close to Metrò and Beach . Standard room are ok . Bathroom OK Disappointing asking 4 Reales for the use of the inroom safe !! Considering the room rate , it's an insult Reception desk people should smile a bit more to cover the small inefficiencies
